Do engines include free shipping?

Yes, all of our crate engines include free shipping to the customer. To qualify for free shipping, you MUST HAVE A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS WITH FORK LIFT OR LOADING DOCK. Freight companies charge an extra fee for residential addresses. The customer will be billed for this fee.

How long does it take to receive my order?

The timeframe is different for each customer. Contact us for an estimated timeframe.

How does the core charge work?

There will be an option to send in your cores ahead of time to avoid any charges. Or you can choose to pay the refundable core charge. Once we receive the cores, we will issue a refund.
