Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and Freight depending on package size, weight, and destination. Carrier selection is determined at our discretion to ensure safe delivery of your diesel performance parts.

2. PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days
  • Custom-built engines and transmissions may require 2-4 weeks for assembly before shipping
  • Special-order parts ship once received from our suppliers (typically 5-10 business days)
  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination address
  • Selected shipping speed

Large items such as engines, transmissions, and turbochargers may incur additional freight charges due to size and weight.

4. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

5. FREIGHT SHIPMENTS

Complete engines, transmissions, and other heavy components may ship via freight carrier. Freight shipments require:

  • A valid phone number for delivery coordination
  • Commercial address or liftgate service for residential delivery (additional fees may apply)
  • Inspection of items before signing delivery receipt

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on request - contact us for a quote.

Certain items cannot be shipped via air due to hazardous materials regulations (e.g., fuel system components containing residual fuel).

7. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or your order confirmation page.

8. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.

9. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days
  • Damaged items: Inspect all packages upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We will work with the carrier to file claims for lost or damaged shipments

10. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and any restocking fees.

11. PO BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Large or freight items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. APO/FPO addresses are accepted for smaller parts only, with extended delivery times.

12. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

High-value orders (over $500) may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
