The timeframe is different for each customer. Contact us for an estimated timeframe.

We allow the customer 30 days to return the core once they have received the new product.  If we do not receive the core back, or if the core is no good, the customer will be billed at that time.

Yes, all of our crate engines, include free shipping to the customer.   To qualify for free shipping, you MUST HAVE A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS WITH FORK LIFT OR LOADING DOCK.  Freight companies charge an extra fee for residential addresses.  The customer will be billed for this fee.
